The chef is also the owner of YUNG KEE HAINAN CHICKEN who used to learn this Hainanese chicken from the five-star hotel, Grand Hyatt, and then opened his own restaurant, having Hainan chicken in a five-star hotel at a civilian price! There’s lots of good reviews.
The couple set includes half a chicken, two bowls of rice, two snacks, and two soups, especially a soup, which is coconut chicken soup, it is SO GOOD!
The chicken is really good! It is so tender inside, every piece of the chicken soaked the chicken oil, it’s fantastic!
